Time is the most valuable resource we have. That’s why it matters deeply to me to honour both my time and yours.
Many of my services are intentionally not tied to the clock. But for those that are, I ask that we be both mindful and respectful of the time we commit to.
Before booking, please make a clear commitment.
If something truly urgent arises, we can find a solution. Otherwise, let’s both honour the agreements we make. For the sake of both our futures.
Below, you’ll find the terms I work with. While genuine emergencies or life-changing circumstances can always be discussed, for everyday scheduling matters, these are the time guidelines to follow.
Payment terms All orders are paid in personalfuturist.ee online store with available payment methods
Value-added Tax All prices in the online store include Estonian VAT (24%). Private customer pay the VAT as part of the product/service price. For intra-EU sales to organisations, VAT will be deducted at checkout when a valid VAT ID is provided.
Terms of delivery, transfer and cancellation:
Online courses and workshops are delivered immediately after purchase and are non-refundable.
Guided futures journeys: Tickets can be transferred to another date free of charge up to 7 days before the event. After that, a 25% transfer fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the event; after that, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Personal futures consultations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance or cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled time free of charge. After these deadlines, rescheduling or cancellation will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
Workshops and futures dialogues held remotely: The date can be rescheduled free of charge up to 14 days before the agreed date. After that, a 25% rescheduling fee will be charged. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the agreed date; after that, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

After that, a 25% rescheduling fee will be charged, plus any additional costs related to travel arrangements. Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 28 days before the agreed date; after that, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged, plus any additional costs related to travel arrangements.
