What is personal futures coaching?
Personal futures coaching uses tools from futures research, the same ones organisations use for strategy and innovation, and turns them toward a single life. We look at the changes around you and inside you. We build futures images, test your assumptions and notice the weak signals that point somewhere new.
It helps most at life's crossroads. After a failure. When your career or identity is shifting. When you're successful but restless. Or when uncertainty feels like fog instead of possibility.
Life coaching often improves performance inside your current structures. Personal futures work steps outside them first, looks around, and then asks where you want to go.
